Embrace the Journey:
200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Woodstock NY.
Presented by Euphoria Yoga in collaboration with Samadhi Sun.

Nestled in the artistic, tranquil heart of Woodstock, our intensive training invites you to step away from daily distractions and reconnect with your true purpose.
Be it you wish to deepen your practice, or find your unique authentic yoga teacher voice, we will create the container to tap into that capacity.

This is more than a certification; it is an exploration of the ancient traditions of yoga adapted for modern life, designed to foster profound personal growth and professional skill.

What this training will include:
Deepened Philosophy: Study the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita to understand the roots of the practice.
Anatomical Insight: Learn the biomechanics of movement for safe, effective, and empowering teaching.

Comprehensive Methodology: Master sequencing, precise cueing, and adjustments.

Inner Work: Explore meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and mindful living in a supportive, like-minded community.

Feb. 20th & 21st
March 20th & 21st
April 17th & 18th
(Dates subject to change).

In addition to these 7 full weekends Saturday & Sunday in person, we will meet on zoom every Wednesday evening for 2 hours.
Two classes a month will be included in the weekend training.
On other weeks you are encouraged to take a minimum of two classes in person, or online at location or on platform of your choice.
Individuals in the group are encourage to work with others in the group on your own timing.
